I do NOT think it is a fake, as it was the centre of the city it would certainly attract a crowd and the fire brigade would not take part in a fake

Also the woman would want to try and keep her husband out of the flat on the balcony, away from her lover for safety as he is hardly lightly to kill the lover with an audience watching him

It is a VERY funny film but suggest you change the title into English:

Lover jumping from the window in the center of São Paulo

or better still just:

Lover jumping from the window in city center

More people would look at it just to make sure it did not happen in Kurdistan
