I am looking for an authentic method for prepairing Shishkabab. I already know hoq to make them, but I would like to see if I can find something that is more traditional Kurdish.

Years ago I remember a friend of mine telling me about how they feed the lambs salt to make the meat tastier - so perhaps there are other things that are traditionally given to make lambs taste better :D

Language is French (though the webmastress is a Kurd from Diyarbakir) but with google translator you might understand something. Or I can help.
