280 calories a day

Just think of all the doughnuts I could have been eating instead :ymdevil:

I also have far more olives than I should:

On average, a half-cup of olives contains 77 calories, 4 g of carbohydrates, 7 g of fat and zero cholesterol

I eat about 4 cups of olives each day = 616 calories :shock:

This means I consume 896 calories in 'healthy' food each day :shock:

Add to that at least 200 calories of chocolate (generally double) does not leave me much for my normal meals :ymsick:

4 cups of olives!!! I think this is too much. I eat about 10 olives with a cocktail of fruit salad made of nectarine, orange, black grape, apple, my own made kimchi and a dash of sea salt, organic balsamic vinegar and organic unfiltered extra virgin olive oil.
