Chony bashy is like "how are you". And the answer is "bashm" that means "good". But anyway I'm not the right person to explain language things, cause I'm only the begginer in studying sorani.

Başî (Bashy) = You are good/Are you good (depends on your tone - if a question, then it's the second option)
