I hope that everything works out well for you

Nothing wrong with wearing glasses - perhaps you just feel a little self-conscious at times

I am not a doctor but feel strongly that you should not go down the route of eye operations and laser treatments at such a young age

Once you start having corrective eye surgery you might find it expedites further loss of vision

As I do not know what causes your loss of vision there is not a great deal of advice I am able to give other than:

When using computer do not sit to close to screen - enlarge the view

Turn down the screen brightness

Look away from your screen periodically and focus on something outside your window

Make yourself stand up and move around for a few minutes at least every 2 hours

Buy yourself some really outlandish glasses
