The privet doctor of the President Jalal Talabani, Governor of Kirkuk Dr. Najmadeen Kareem said that the health of President Talabani is very good and continuously improving, adding "we are glad with the improved health of President Talabani".
In a statement to Kurdistan Nawah newspaper, Kareem said that he called the President on Tuesday, Dec 17, 2013, and talked to him. There is a great improvement in the President's health, Dr. Kareem stressed.
