Do you think Kurds should be greatful for being allowed to speak our language of having a TV station ? These are penut rights and came at a very hight price .

AKP gets no credit for the Kurdish initiatives , it is the Kurds and PKK that gets all the credit .

All that needs to be said about the bourgeois "democracy" in Turkey. Progressive Turks should take notice and act accordingly.

This is the most hilarious part. The EU that pretends to love the Kurds so much to keep Turkey out of the EU really wouldn't mind the West of Turkey (not only without Kurdistan, but without the Black Sea including Lazistan too, ideally.) Ideally the EU wants İstanbul, İzmir, the land in between the two, and Thrace. And some "liberal" Turks are on their side. Another reason (among many) why I find it funny to talk to so-called "liberal" Turks. Because they hate the entire East of their country (defining the East as starting in Manisa almost  ), want to join the EU, and then blame me (rather than their own racism) for "dividing the country".

But I don't think Turkey will ever be allowed to join the EU, until the EU has a different name and is a more utopian thing than it currently is. As a wise German once said to me "The EU's job is to make an island out of Europe". So Turks should instead focus on changing the name of their country and making Kurdish and official language from Colemêrg to Stenbol :D

If the Turks don't like it and think it sounds extreme, the other choice is to give Kurdistan back to its rightful owners, the Kurds. But one way or another, Turkey has to negotiate with all the Kurds living within its current borders, and make them happy, or face the consequences of not hearing their voice.
